Rates & Fees
Our rates vary by season, night of the week, and holidays. They range from $650 for an off-season weeknight to $1,450 during major holidays.
Cleaning Fee: $250.
Service Fee: 5% of the rental price.
ACH (direct bank payment) refund: 2% of the rental price.

Please use the Book Now search bar to check availability and receive an all-inclusive quote. If you pay by ACH please feel free to deduct 2% from the total, or pay the full amount and receive a 2% refund within 30 days.

Minimum Rental Period
2 nights
National holidays: 3 nights

Check-In: 04:00 PM
Check-Out: 10:00 AM
Payment Schedule
50% due at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Days before check-in:
- 60 or more: 100% refund
- 30 or more: 50% refund
- Less than 30: no refund
Maximum Capacity
8 Adults (18+ years old).
Please let us know in advance if you are planning on staying with more than 8 people (including children).
Primary Renter Minimum Age
The Primary Renter must be at least 24 years old.
Children
Children of all ages are welcome. Please be sure to supervise kids of all ages closely in and around the pool and the pond at all times.
No Smoking
Please respect and observe our strict “No Smoking Indoors” policy. Please be sure not to leave any cigarette butts outside.
Pet Policy
We are a pet-free home.
We occasionally make exceptions, so please ask us if you wish to bring an animal.
No Events
Unfortunately, Le Colibri is not suited for events such as weddings.
